Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain Purchase/ Sales register/ Musuk Challan, VAT Returns and all other registers as per VAT and SD Act, 2012.
Monitor VAT payment, Submission of VAT return and other documents to the VAT authority in a timely manner.
Prepare price declaration (4.3) as per VAT and SD Act, 2012.
Prepare the VAT reconciliation statement between VAT record and the accounting record.
Update VDS/ TDS records and ensure deposit of respective challans in timely manner.
Handle VAT audit (by VAT authorities) as and when scheduled and keep close liaison with VAT circle office, Division office and commissioner office.
