Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting
∎ CA Certificate level qualifies is preferred.
∎ Training/Trade Course: VAT,TAX
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Risk Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance/ Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Vat & Tax circle officials in connection to Vat & Tax matters.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of vat &Tax related issues.
∎ Liaising and maintaining all Vat & Tax related correspondences with respective circle officials to obtain Tax benefits;
∎ Monitor deduction of Tax at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
∎ Prepare tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions etc. available under the law;
∎ Managing the Companies' VAT compliance process as per recent VAT Act.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all kinds of VAT Registers including Legal litigation,
∎ Corresponding with Custom Excise & VAT office independently.
∎ Prepared and submit monthly VAT return (MUSHOK-9.1).
∎ Having practical knowledge about the new VAT & SD Act 2012 and Vat SD rules 2016;
∎ Dealing with VAT cases.
∎ Preparation and submission of SD/VAT challans.
∎ Preparation & Maintain VAT register books like Mushak 6.1, Mushak 6.2, Mushak 6.2.1, Mushak 6.5, Mushak 6.6, Mushak 6.7, Mushak 6.8, Mushak 6.10, and Mushak 9.1
∎ Checking VAT challan provided by the vendor.
∎ Preparation of VDS certificate (MUSHOK-6.6).
∎ Dealing with supplier for VAT issues
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Accountability
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
