Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com in Accounting having Honours in same discipline. CA Course completion from a reputed CA Firm or CMA Intermediate having relevant experience will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Tax (VAT Customs Duty Income Tax), VAT and Tax, VAT Law
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Books of Account as per VAT Act and Rules.
∎ Preparation of Monthly VAT returns and submission to related circles and do necessary communication with VAT authority.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly sales statement for MIS, VAT statement and VAT rebate as per procedure.
∎ Maintain VAT software as per VAT rules
∎ Ensure monthly VAT reconciliation with GL and audit factory VAT account within suggested time.
∎ Ensure and maintain report with VAT authority.
∎ Assist superior, store and other department in ensuring compliance with VAT requirements and maintain rapport with VAT authority.
∎ Collect, establish and update policies, procedure/systems, SROs and circular for regulatory compliance
∎ Arrange export VAT pre-inspection as per delivery schedule.
∎ Taking clearance from VAT authority for Indemnity Bond which given undertaken for Imported Raw Materials.
∎ Successfully completed all VAT related audit.
∎ Liaison with NBR people to take benefit from project sales and arrange VAT rebate
∎ Drive with NBR to collect new benefit for renewable energy business.
∎ Maintain liaison with previous case by VAT lawyer for authority in high court.
