Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and monitor daily cash inflows and outflows by ensuring that all receipts and payments are deposited and recorded in the system each day.
Review and verify payment clause in PO`s or other documents.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments and enter invoices into system.
Execute payment runs through bank transfers or arrange cheque according to the payment schedule.
Ensure payment are approved by the proper signatories.
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
Monitor banks loan especially relating to interest and loan related payments/processes.
Maintain effective communication with Bank.
