Job Context:

∎ As an Executive in the Training & Assessment department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our Service Providers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch professional training to our internal team members, sPros, and CX staff. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of training materials and ensure effective communication between departments.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide high-quality professional training to internal team members, sPros, and CX staff.
∎ Offer advice, assistance, and information to the SBU Team and other departments when needed.
∎ Ensure comprehensive training for all staff (new and existing) on processes, policies, applications, and skills.
∎ Collaborate with sPros to identify and address their training needs.
∎ Conduct onboarding training and exams, following an end-to-end onboarding process.
∎ Design training materials that reflect quality development standards.
∎ Assist in internal training for new and existing team members as required.
∎ Support colleagues in becoming multi-skilled to foster career growth.
∎ Develop a strong understanding of Sheba's processes and systems.
∎ Identify personal training and development needs to maintain application, service, and process knowledge.
∎ Maintain effective communication with service providers.
∎ Specify and document training requirements adequately.
∎ Collect feedback on modules for future planning and improvements.
∎ Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring their alignment with business requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
∎ Proven experience in training and development roles.
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to design effective training materials.
∎ Proficiency in maintaining a high standard of training delivery.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
∎ Problem-solving abilities to adapt to evolving training needs.
∎ Familiarity with application and module development processes.
∎ Dedication to continuous learning and development.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
∎ Adaptability to create and modify processes as needed.
