∎ Minimum 10-15 years of experience in leadership roles such as Head of School, Principal, Vice Principal, or IB Coordinators.
∎ 8-10 years of experience in PYP, MYP, DP, and/or Cambridge curriculum.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the PYP, Cambridge, and DP curricula.
∎ Set and maintain high academic standards across all secondary school programs.
∎ Contribute to the school’s strategic planning process, focusing on academic goals and initiatives.
∎ Lead professional development initiatives for secondary school teachers to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge.
∎ Manage and support the secondary school faculty and staff, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
∎ Oversee the creation and implementation of the secondary school timetable to ensure efficient use of resources.
∎ Ensure the effective implementation of assessment and reporting procedures for all secondary school programs.
∎ Monitor student progress and provide interventions where necessary to support academic success.
∎ Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic matters, student progress, and school initiatives.
∎ Ensure the alignment of the PYP, Cambridge, and DP curricula across all subjects and grade levels.
∎ Oversee the coordination of subject teaching and learning, ensuring consistency and excellence across the secondary school.
∎ Allocate resources effectively to support the academic programs and improve student outcomes.
∎ Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
∎ Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure academic excellence.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of secondary school programs and recommend improvements as needed.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with universities to facilitate student transitions and future opportunities.
∎ Represent the school at community events and conferences to promote the school’s academic excellence and reputation.
∎ Oversee the administration of external examinations (e.g., IGCSE, A-Levels, IB Diploma) ensuring smooth operations and compliance with guidelines.
