• Master`s Degree with Honours from a recognized university

• M. Ed / NTRCA certificate or recognized professional training in education is an added advantage.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant teaching experience at High School/College level, including at least 5 years of experience as Principal in a reputed school/college (Bangladesh or abroad).

• Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh National Curriculum & Textbook Board (NCTB) and experience implementing NCTB curriculum in school settings.

• Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).

• Proven leadership ability in school administration, staff supervision, academic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Principal (Head of the Institution)

• Bangladesh MHM School & College in Doha, Qatar invites applications from qualified and experienced education leaders for the position of Principal (Head of the Institution). This is a senior leadership role responsible for academic excellence, operational management, and strategic development of the school.

• The institution provides K-12 education following the Bangladesh National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) in English medium, offering classes from Kindergarten to Grade XII, and prepares students for SSC and HSC examinations.

• The school serves approximately 1,814 students (1,361 in the morning shift and 453 in the evening shift), employs around 77 teachers and 8 administrative staff, and operates across three school buildings with extensive facilities including laboratories, library, canteen, sports grounds, and a bus fleet of 20 vehicles.
