∎ Minimum 08-10 years of experience in leadership roles such as Head of School, Principal, Vice Principal, or IB Coordinators.
∎ 5-10 years of experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program (PYP/MYP/DP/CP) or Cambridge Curriculum.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons in Humanities subjects, including History and Geography, aligned with our curriculum standards.
∎ Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to address diverse learning styles and inspire student curiosity and critical thinking.
∎ Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaborative learning.
∎ Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
∎ Prepare, mark, and evaluate student assessments and exams to accurately measure academic achievement.
∎ Integrate technology creatively to enhance the learning experience and engage students effectively.
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the Senior School, ensuring a seamless, well-organized educational experience for students and staff.
∎ Monitor and support student attendance, behavior, and academic performance, offering mentorship when needed.
∎ Communicate and collaborate with parents to address academic or behavioral concerns, building a partnership for student success.
∎ Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure clear communication and operational cohesion across the school.
∎ Enforce and uphold school policies and procedures to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
∎ Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to students, teachers, and parents, fostering a supportive school community.
∎ Stay informed about educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in the Humanities field.
∎ Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and educational conferences.
∎ Contribute to the refinement and continuous improvement of the school’s curriculum and assessment practices.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies that enhance student learning.
∎ Work closely with the school administration to achieve the school’s goals and support its mission.
