Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver Arabic language lessons to students across designated grade levels, following the school’s curriculum standards.
∎ Language Proficiency Development:
∎ Foster students’ skills in Arabic reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
∎ Assessment & Feedback:
∎ Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
∎ Classroom Management:
∎ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and fostering a love for the Arabic language.
∎ Resource Development: Develop and maintain educational resources tailored to a variety of learning abilities and styles.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Work with colleagues and school leadership to enhance curriculum delivery and address individual student needs.
∎ Parent Communication: Communicate student progress and provide feedback to parents, addressing any concerns about language development.
