Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and Balance: Develop and use plans to make sure we have the correct number of service experts available, so we can give excellent service to all our customers.
∎ Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of service quality, ensuring that every customer receives on-time and professional assistance for their AC, HVAC, and Refrigerator needs.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement within the service processes, implementing innovative solutions to elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Lead and Help: Be in charge of a team of service experts. Help and teach them, and make sure we all work together well and get good results.
∎ Know Your Stuff: Use your experience with AC, HVAC, and Refrigerator systems to guide your team and customers when they need technical help.
∎ Solve Problems: When things go wrong, use what you know to figure out what's happening and find good ways to fix the problems and make things right.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience in AC, HVAC, and Refrigerator systems is essential.
∎ Educational background: Diploma in AC & Refrigeration or related field.
∎ 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience, including team management.
∎ Proven track record in managing operations and delivering exceptional results.
∎ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
