Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage domestic and international flight bookings, re-issuances, cancellations, and ticketing through online portals.
∎ Knowledge in using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) will be an advantage.
∎ Offer clients competitive fare quotes, route options, and cost-effective travel solutions based on their preferences and requirements.
∎ Assist clients in selecting flights, explaining fare rules, and suggesting travel options.
∎ Respond to customer queries related to bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and travel advisories with professionalism and accuracy.
∎ Provide information on baggage policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
∎ Resolve ticketing issues, complaints, and changes efficiently Liaise with airlines for booking confirmations, special service requests (SSR), group bookings, and schedule changes.
∎ Maintain good relationships with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners.
∎ Maintain records of issued tickets, invoices, and transactions. Prepare daily sales and booking reports.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for corporate and individual clients.
∎ Stay updated on airline policies, promotional fares, and travel trends.
∎ Ensure compliance with airline and IATA regulations.
∎ Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Accounts) to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction.
∎ Experience in handling visa applications will be considered an advantage.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management as per operational needs.
