∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell Tickets and Hotel Reservations for both domestic and international routes,
∎ Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, and modifications of reservations.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Monitor market fares versus air add-on charts and recommend changes as necessary from published fares, group fares, fare sales, web, low-cost carriers, airline contracts, and consolidators
∎ Manage daily official works, making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Creating affordable travel arrangements that meet the needs and financial constraints of clients.
∎ Inform applicants of visa-related information.
∎ Obtaining information from clients and planning trips in accordance with their requests.
∎ Making suggestions on visas, vaccinations, and travel security,
∎ Updating and logging all customer data on.
∎ Describe to them the various possibilities for travel, lodging, and transportation.
∎ Maintain good relationships with Airlines (Local and Foreign) & GDS personnel in Bangladesh.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have good computer skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
∎ Qualified female candidates will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
