Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Permanent
∎ Probation Period: 06 (Six Month)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
∎ • Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
∎ • Contribution in cost and price calculations
∎ • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
∎ • Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
∎ • Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
∎ • Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice
∎ • Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts
∎ • Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ • Tender, E-gp, Estimate. Govt. Work
∎ • Practical experience in a similar position advantageous.
∎ • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
∎ • Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
∎ • Well-developed negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Tender & EGP of Office Supplies (Stationary & Office equipment like printer, copier, toner & other consumables) will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
