🎯 Role Purpose

Act as the overall Manager to supervise and coordinate Inventory/POS, Customer Service, WooCommerce e-commerce operations, outlet performance, and content creation, ensuring smooth daily operation and future business scale.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Overall supervision of Inventory, POS, Customer Service & Outlet operations

Ensure coordination among all departments and SOP compliance

Oversee WooCommerce website operations (product, stock, order flow)

Monitor customer service quality (FB, IG, Website)

Review stock accuracy, returns, complaints & service gaps

Support business growth and 2X–3X scale planning

Daily & weekly reporting to Owner

🎥 Content Creation (Mandatory)

Supervise and participate in product live sessions (face show & product explanation)

Guide product photography & videography standards

Ensure correct brand presentation across social media & website

2️⃣ Inventory & POS Executive

🔹 Responsibilities

Maintain central POS & inventory system (online + outlet)

Stock in/out entry & SKU-wise tracking

Physical stock vs POS reconciliation

WooCommerce stock sync support

Damage, return & low-stock reporting

Support stock-related product photography/video preparation

Supervise Facebook & Instagram inbox handling

Order confirmation, follow-up & complaint handling

Return & exchange coordination

Manage WooCommerce customer queries & order status

Coordinate with inventory & dispatch team

🎥 Content & Live Selling

Participate in product live sessions (face show preferred)

Assist basic product photography & short video creation

Coordinate outlet promotions with Head Office

Convert walk-in customers to online/WooCommerce buyers

Support in-store product photography & live content

Assist brand content creation from outlet
