Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents according to tender/bidding documents/requirements.
∎ To notify and organize different departments for accumulation of all necessary documents for bid submission and also the operation process for the corresponding tenders.
∎ Technical analysis of all relevant items for bid participation.
∎ Managing reports of upcoming and past bid submissions.
∎ Connecting with vendors/manufacturers/suppliers for participating in bids.
∎ Liaison, Maintain Relationship & Negotiating with all the concerned person of clients for bidding purpose.
∎ Knowledge of the e-Government Procurement Portal(e-GP) for E-Tender Submission.
∎ Monitor and ensure that all bid preparations are on schedule. Notify the operations department accordingly.
∎ The candidate should be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
