Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed university with a major in Finance/ Accounting.
∎ Candidates with CA-CC will get preference.
∎ At least 1-2 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Any relevant Vat & tax training/ certification will get preference.
∎ Must be up to date on the recent VAT & Tax circulars & guidelines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate VAT documentation, including Mushak registers and tax invoices in VMS.
∎ Assist Payment and SCM team with tax and VAT rates, and deductions at source.
∎ Prepare and distribute monthly VDS & TDS statements, A-challans, and certificates.
∎ Support the preparation and timely submission of VAT returns, withholding tax returns, and corporate tax returns.
∎ Compile and submit documentation for VAT and tax audits or assessments.
∎ Coordinate with central plant, warehouses, and sales centers on VAT and tax-related matters.
∎ Maintain regular communication and correspondence with VAT and tax authorities to ensure compliance and address queries.
∎ Conduct stock reconciliations and perform additional VAT, tax, or compliance tasks as assigned.
