Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the management in formulating recovery policies and operational procedure:
∎ To make group tour and seize program as per situation demand for default customers.
∎ Co-ordinate with legal team of the company.
∎ The given target distributed to the respective MO/SMO/ARM/DRM/RM and monitors them time to time.
∎ To find the irregularities, default loan and physically pressurizing to the individual customers & staffs to expedite the payment.
∎ Maintain effective relationship with all sales &marketing personnel.
∎ Maintain appropriate record management process for all collection documents & field report.
∎ To seize the tractor that has a bulk irregular installment case to case basis.
∎ Maintain effective relationship with all sales &marketing personnel.
∎ Ensure & Monitor the reconciliation of money receipts.
∎ Any other responsibility delegated by the Management.
∎ Monitor & ensure the availability of circulated monthly collection statements to all regional & are office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge Basic computer skill.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
