Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC)
∎ Graduation from a reputed Public University.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting.
∎ Skills Required: VAT and Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the records, registers & documents regarding VAT conforming to VAT authority in a timely manner.
∎ Issuance of VAT deducted at Source (VDS) Certificate as per Govt. regulations. (Mushak-6.6), provide to its stakeholders & passes the necessary record in Register.
∎ Prepare various kinds of costing for Price Declaration (Mushak-4.3).
∎ Issuing Mushak- 6.3 for clients and also collecting Mushak 6.6 from different clients.
∎ Ensure timely submission of VAT & Income Tax return.
∎ Develop and implement VAT strategy to avoid regulatory risk and time to time update & provide guidance to management of the company.
∎ Maintain all VAT-related registers of all concerns as per new VAT & SD Act 2012 & rule 2016 & also has to keep these records in NBR approved VAT software and ms-excel.
∎ Prepare monthly Vat return mushak 9.1 & submit to the vat office.
∎ Prepare & submit of relevant return under u/s 75A and 108 & 108A.
∎ Ensure internal audit of all documents.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Handling VAT & TAX audit conducted by NBR authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh VAT Act & Ethics
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auditing, VAT and Tax Management
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
