Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales and Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Present property options to clients that align with their needs and budget. Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers.
∎ Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with buyers and sellers to close deals. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
∎ Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide insights to clients and the company. Generate reports on sales performance and market opportunities.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Address client queries and resolve concerns promptly.
∎ Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
