∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skills (Bangla and English), Project Presentation, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills and Tender Processing.

Job Context:
∎ Monir Neuro Spine Surgical Mart is looking for a highly ambitious, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual who will play a crucial role in our organization. This position involves developing and implementing tender strategies, building client relationships, ensuring successful tender submissions, and ready to take on challenges. Anyone who is at present appointed as an Executive/ Sr. Executive for Tender Sales within a Company in the Medical Equipment & Hospital Furniture industry with a successful performance record in achieving business targets is encouraged to apply.
∎ Key Selling Points:
∎ Tender Management, Proposal Development, Client Engagement, Sales Strategy, Negotiation and Contract Management, Developing and Implementing Tender Strategies, Building client relationships, Tender submissions
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive requirements from all departments for tendering process and check whether all details were filled properly giving all the details.
∎ Prepare standardized tender templates and documents.
∎ Develops the bid and tender strategy.
∎ Prepare initial tender documentations and coordinate in obtaining the required approvals.
∎ Maintain a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders and monitoring deadlines.
∎ Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation Packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.
∎ Carryout administrative work of announcing bids including the preparation of advertisement, preparation of related documents, preparation of comparisons for evaluation and all works related to awarding bids.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to secure tender contracts, achieve sales targets and expand market share.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities.
∎ Work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other relevant departments to develop winning tender submissions.
∎ Ensure that all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment, Hospital Furniture.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ e-GP Tendering Expert, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Tender bidding, tender documentation, and Tender Management.
∎ Sound knowledge Office Programs especially MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Previous experience in Medical Equipment & Hospital Furniture products sales & marketing will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge and surveying capacity in Medical Equipment & Hospital Furniture industries.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Salary: Negotiable
