We are looking for some enthusiastic Civil Engineers for our Technical Support Team at Premier Cement Mills PLC.
Meet with the owners of ongoing projects like;
House owner, Engineers and Masons. Gain knowledge on Premier Cement Mills PLC`s Unique Selling Points and communicate corporate clients, masons, contractors and house owners to aware them on product`s market presence.
Ensure their attendance at the meet programs.
Arranging engagement programs with different target groups like House owners, Mason, and engineers, etc.
Build up a good relation with House owner Mason and Engineers.
Monitor and ensure effective implementation of different technical campaigns.
Project conversion.
Troubleshooting (Handling Technical complain of the assigned area).
Time to time visit all the projects.
Plan & achieve divisional technical sales objectives.
Play a leadership role to establish business relationship with all the concerned product influencers.
Require extensive knowledge regarding as cast/fair face concrete formwork, casting and finishing works.
Bring new B2B orders and achieve sales and collection target.
Any special task assigned by Supervisor/Departmental Head.
