Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead overall recruitment and selection life-cycle ensuring all activities are carried out in line with organization's recruitment and selection policy and standards.
∎ Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
∎ Coordinate with department heads/managers to forecast future hiring needs.
∎ Handle on boarding process of new hires and conduct induction program.
∎ Conduct campus recruiting for future leaders program.
∎ Recommend ways to improve our employer brand; Participate in job fairs and career events.
∎ Maintain relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
∎ Identify training needs along with setting training objectives and designing training programs based on both organization and individual needs.
∎ Source and manage trainers / institute based on required training along with developing modules for internal training programs.
∎ Conduct Pre and Post training evaluation and measure effectiveness of all completed training programs to find participants level of learning and actual implementation on the job field.
∎ Manage and compile relevant management reports including Talent Acquisition MIS, training coverage, etc.

∎ Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - recruitment, learning and development
∎ Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of people management, multi-tasking and working under pressure.
∎ Excellent computer literacy especially MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests
