Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Searching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Selling all Land Project product of Rahat & Rafit Real Estate Ltd.
∎ Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
∎ Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
∎ Address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Build and maintain an ERP database along with professional networks.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
