Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day marketing activities, plan, assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance.
∎ Work with other department managers to ensure proper staffing levels.
∎ Create, develop, and market key events for Business Trade, especially during key business periods.
∎ Work with local third-party partners, including local suppliers, factory, Garments industries, buying houses to sales and marketing and maintain professional working relationships with local official bodies.
∎ Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing.
∎ To share all offers & packages to clients every day.
∎ To calculate & find product/service cost from management systems.
∎ To notice bill recovery of dues or instant claims.
∎ To contact to corporate clients to set regular sales.
∎ To notice or advice marketing & sales to change volume.
∎ To create & communicate to client regularly by routine.
