Responsibilities & Context:
∎ RONGDHANU GROUP, A leading business conglomerate of the country is going to hire "Executive - Sales & Marketing"(Male-10 & Female-10) for its renowned concern "Rongdhanu Builders Limited", who has experience in the Bangladesh real estate industry. Candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Job Responsibilities:Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self- motivated and dynamic.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Computer and English knowledge is the must Any other task assigned by Management
