Job Context:
∎ We are Looking for a Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated, and Proactive Person to Employ as Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing) who has practical experience in Land/Property Marketing, Telemarketing, and self-motivated & the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
∎ The Candidate Must Have at Least 1-3 Years of Proven Experience in Sales & Marketing (REAL ESTATE PREFERRED)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.
∎ Daily sales reporting to Team Leader.
∎ Develop new clients & maintain good relationships with existing clients.
∎ Corporate Marketing, Project visits, client hunt, creating market opportunities.
∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over-the-cell phone selling.
∎ Maintain & Update customer database.
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
∎ Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.
∎ Show properties to clients and provide them with information about the features and benefits of each property.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers through personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having a motorbike driving license will be preferable

Salary: Negotiable
