Job Context: RM Automobiles is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to expand our sales force across key regions in Bangladesh. We are well-regarded lubricants importer, manufacturing, trading company in the industry with over 2 decades of experience. We primarily operate in the lubricants industry, and priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in lubricant sales. However, individuals with experience in consumer goods such as plastic products, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, or personal care are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, service centers, mechanics, dealers, and end users to promote and sell products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Execute marketing and promotional activities as per company strategy.

• Ensure timely and healthy collection of payments from clients.

• Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare and submit daily visit and activity reports.

• Cooperate with team members and report to assigned supervisors.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management in support of marketing and sales operations.
