Responsibilities & Context:
Searching prospects and generating leads.
Selling all Land Project product of Rahat & Rafit Real Estate Ltd.
Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
Address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain an ERP database along with professional networks.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
