∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicant should have relevant field experience (Real Estate).
∎ At least two years experience in real estate sales and marketing.
∎ Should have good track record and mentality to work long time in company.
∎ Should have proper knowledge about real estate business and Construction.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time for Corporate and Local Sales.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to work under team leader.
∎ Make sales plan to achieve the target.
∎ Do monthly reporting of target and Monthly Marketing plan.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Sales revenue by ensuring profitability through price increase.
∎ Maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate Win-Win situation for both stakes.
∎ To create a strong data base and able to handle it indecently.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
