∎ Bachelor/Master in any discipline.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Corrugated Tin, Tobacco
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent ourselves as an ambassador of the company to people in the market as they believe you as their opinion leader. To look after customer quarries & counseling.
∎ Establish demonstration to present our product with dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy, and reference groups.
∎ Prepare market visit plan through route chart & get Approval route chart from line authority.
∎ Make our product available in 80% outlet covered in route chart. Have to increase the demand for our product to the stakeholders. Ensure order and sales collection through dealers.
∎ Establish continuous product and market analysis & Daily, Monthly reporting in prescribed format.
∎ Sales data collection from the market with all product and their alternatives. Disseminate information in weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Attain monthly target and collection as assigned.
∎ Collect proper sales tools, POSM, sales promotion offered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders. Execution of all BTL activities (Carpenter seminar, Poultry, Dairy seminars, etc).
∎ Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) & Share timely for taking necessary steps.
∎ Aiming to achieve daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual targets & personal Goals.
∎ Ensure attendance through proper participation in community events, educational events, by NGO, GO.
∎ Build up personal relationships with all stakeholders in market through Uthan Boithak, and continuous communication.
∎ Have to achieve the conversion target, Seminar execution target Carpenter visit target, Poultry/Dairy visit target.
∎ Visit physically Living houses structure, rusted house, poultry, dairy firm, carpenter, ULO/DLO Influencer & maintain database. Cover all village & Para-moholla.
∎ Door to Door awareness activation to promote our brand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Smart, Energetic & Hardworking.
∎ Ability to work for long working hours.
∎ The candidate should have mental preparedness to work with us for at least 3 Years.
