Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: 2D or 3D animation course will get preferrence
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
∎ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
∎ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
∎ Promotional Activities
∎ Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
∎ Writing and proof reading creative copy.
∎ Organizing events and product exhibition
∎ Coordinating internal marketing and an organization's culture
∎ Monitoring performance
∎ Managing campaigns on social media.
∎ Conceiving and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media,TV etc.),exhibitions and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitions ventures.
∎ Strong understanding of current online Digital Marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
∎ Work on social Media Marketing such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ad sense
∎ Develop graphical content for social media using adobe programs.
∎ 2D,3D modeling, adobe after effects, Adobe premiere Promotion graphics experience will be given priority.
∎ Initiate, conduct and coordinate various indoor and outdoor events, conference, seminar etc.
∎ Coordinate with marketing & sales team everyday by giving information regarding potential market condition.
∎ Execute media (Print media, electronics media) and advertisement (Newspapers, journals, other national and international publication) plan/program considering company target.
∎ Ready to work in a team and in line with the management instructions as and when required.
∎ High work ethics & Professionalism
