• Fresh or Minimum 01-02 years related experience.

• For Sr. Executive, 02 to 03 years’ experience is required.

• Good pharmaceutical knowledge.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Visit at different areas of Bangladesh.

• Excellent communication and presentation skill.

• Develop and execute strategies for existing and new products through market analysis, SWOT evaluation and portfolio assessment.

• Analyze brand and portfolio performance (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and recommend corrective actions.

• Plan, review and execute marketing and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Prepare monthly action plans in line with the annual marketing strategy.

• Manage end-to-end new product launches, including feasibility, formulation coordination, launch planning and post-launch monitoring.

• Develop training manuals, packaging concepts and promotional materials; ensure proper distribution to field forces.

• Conduct field visits, KOL engagement, regional conferences and CME to strengthen stakeholder relationships.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support for the Chemforce app to ensure effective Rx management.
