∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ Oriental Abasan Ltd. (Sister Concern of Oriental Group) is looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive male & female candidates who has at least 2 years experience (Land Marketing & Sales Department) in Related Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will be responsible to draw up the strategic road-map to increase customer acquisition and implement key interventions to achieve those goals.
∎ To hunt and contact all local and abroad clients regularly & create new clients reference.
∎ Prepare and submit the comparative performance statement of competitors others company and make a good relation with customers and to do solve all complains.
∎ To perform other marketing activities like new Land searching, Lands pricing, packaging promotion system, abroad, local & corporate companies.
∎ Achieve team sales target, visit Clients and Report to authority.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
∎ Capability to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge on Online marketing.
∎ Ability to achieve sales target.
∎ Ability to visit outside of the office as and when required.
∎ Customer handling capability.
∎ Sound knowledge on land documents will get extra priority.
