∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. Oriental Abasan Ltd. (Sister Concern of Oriental Group) is looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive person who has at least 2/3 years experience (Land Sales) in Related Industry.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professional’s/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after Build a strong relationship with customer.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
