Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. Oriental Abasan Ltd. (Sister Concern of Oriental Group) is looking for an energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive person who has at least 8 years experience (Land Sourcing, Development and Operations Department) in Related Industry. Retired Army/ Police or Security In-charge are highly encouraged to apply.The position will be responsible to draw up the strategic road-map to increase customer acquisition and implement key interventions to achieve those goals. The role demands significant cross-functional collaboration with all other departments of the company especially Recovery & Customer Relations. Should have sound administrative command over sales & marketing function. Make a good relation with customers and to do solve all complains. Coordinate with top managements in planning short and long term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules and manpower. Responsible for new Land searching, Land & and project Development. The candidate must have strong administrative knowledge. Work with brokers, local party, internal and external legal department and police station. Work with contractors and vendors to make a attractive project. Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
