Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible to visit all suitable land areas, select land, complete registration, and take possession of land for all concerns of the Group.
∎ To collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with the proper market survey.
∎ To communicate with the potential landowner and arrange a meeting with the Management.
∎ To prepare the Deed of Agreement with the successful landowner.
∎ Will be responsible for checking of drafted Purchase Agreement, Purchase Deed, Sale Deed, Power of Attorney, etc.
∎ To remain to engage with continuous market survey & modify to the Management time to time.
∎ To provide assistance to the superior when & where required.
∎ To provide assistance to the Head of Department when & where required.
∎ The incumbent makes projections that assess potential profitability based on population growth, traffic patterns, local taxes, and other factors.
∎ Will be responsible to consult with Legal Advisor for a legal opinion as and when required.
∎ Perform special assignments from Management time to time.

∎ Age 28 to 32 years
