• • Good understanding of teamwork and team building.
  • Problem-solving ability and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla, verbal and written.
  • Candidates who know Call center related software like VC Dial and others will get prioritize
  • Should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Server.
  • Should have Sound Knowledge of maintenance LAN & WAN workstations.
  • Should have sound knowledge of configuring and maintaining network systems/switches.
  • Experience in handling & troubleshooting CC Camera, NVR/ DVR, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.· 

• Provide IT support to users for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless routers, Scanners, Printers, Photocopy machines, and other IT assets as per company policy.

• Installation & Troubleshooting hardware and Network-related problems including Windows Operating System.

• Diagnosis, Troubleshoot & Assemble Computer/Laptop related problems.
