- Should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Server.
- Should have Sound Knowledge of maintenance LAN & WAN workstations.
- Should have sound knowledge of configuring and maintaining network systems/switches.
- Experience in handling & troubleshooting CC Camera, NVR/ DVR, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.·
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide IT support to users for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless routers, Scanners, Printers, Photocopy machines, and other IT assets as per company policy.
Installation & Troubleshooting hardware and Network-related problems including Windows Operating System.
Diagnosis, Troubleshoot & Assemble Computer/Laptop related problems.
