Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Having Certification in CCNE/ CCNA/ MCSE/ Linux
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring all systems like hardware, software network operation is working properly.
∎ Performing basic computer hardware/software installation.
∎ Maintaining incident records and its resolution.
∎ Configuring, installing & maintaining of new IT equipment.
∎ Identifying of resolving issues regarding software, hardware, and Networking system.
∎ Supervision of Call Center IT operation as well as provide support to end user.
∎ Develop, maintain & supervision of local networks of concern branches.
∎ Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems with proper Firewall
∎ Troubleshooting existing hardware and software issues.
∎ Ensuring electrical safety.
∎ Repairing or replacing damaged hardware with the supervision of concern department.
∎ Upgrading the entire system to enable compatibility of software & hardware of end user.
∎ Upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
∎ Providing support to end users for error reporting .
∎ Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
∎ Providing support to all departments for preparing departmental presentation .
∎ Managing technical support documentation for time to time reporting to Head of IT.
∎ Provide orientation and guidance to end users on how to operate software and computer.
∎ Talk other branches’ IT officer over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
∎ Establish a good working relationship with end users, consultants & other professionals .
∎ Reporting day to day activities & work process to the head of IT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good conversation skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Having strong working capability in a team till late night.
