- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any equivalent field.

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and audit-related software.
High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute audit plans covering financial, operational, and compliance areas of the RMG business.
Conduct pre-audit and post-audit of all types of local purchase orders, service bills, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Perform monthly stock audits (raw materials, trims, work-in-progress, and finished goods) and report discrepancies.
Carry out payroll audits , including personal files, wages, overtime, earned leave encashment, final settlements, and statutory benefits (e.g., maternity).
Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, buyer requirements, industry standards, and local regulatory laws.
