Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists HOD in development of ASTHA annual and monthly audit plan.
∎ Assist in conducting pre-audit and post audit as per audit program and management requirements.
∎ Conversant to overview the performance of audit assignments, reviews workpapers and audit reports; edits reports as required.
∎ Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction with the direction of HOD.
∎ Able to perform audit work such as Production Audit, Sales Confirmation, Depot, Factory, LC Bill, Price verification of local purchases etc. together with plan preparation, workpapers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
∎ Coordinates and interacts with all internal and external stakeholders who are doing business with ASTHA. Consults with and advises them on operational and administrative issues.
∎ Keeps abreast of Company policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing professions, and changes in local, state, and laws, as applicable.
∎ Coordinates and interacts with audit firms performing external audits of ASTHA financial statements.
∎ Performs any other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Management.
