Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking all types of payments and bill vouchers.
∎ Payroll cost audit (wages, salary & OT, Earn leave encashment, Final settlement & maternity bill).
∎ Checking buyer and style-wise production reports.
∎ Section-wise (knitting, dyeing, washing, cutting, Printing, embroidery, finishing, and export) monitoring and preparing style close report.
∎ Mandatory presence at the time of Yarn, Garments in and out.
∎ Checking different bills like repair and maintenance, tiffin, dinner, conveyance, and other bills.
∎ Verifying the consumption of raw materials and strictly monitoring the process loss ratio.
∎ Physically market verification.
∎ Physical verification of received goods from the general store and accessories store.
∎ Surprise Physical counting of materials.
∎ Checking Proforma Invoices of Trims, Yarn, and Fabrics to comply with approved ERP generate work orders and confirming the rate, consumption, and wastage percentage as per SOP.
∎ Checking Local Acceptance Documents.
∎ Conduct cash voucher post-audit and prepare reports.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
