Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring a High level of productivity through the application of industrial engineering method /tools.
∎ Reduce non-productive time & utilize optimum capacity of Man, Machines & Materials of cutting, sewing & finishing section.
∎ To finalize Operation Bulletin of items (SMV calculation) & layout of new styles.
∎ To finalize garments costing (cost SMV & CM cost calculation) of new styles.
∎ To arrange special machines, special folder, pressure foot, gauge set with work aid by technical & maintenance team before starting of layout & maintain a line feeding team for quick style changeover.
∎ To make strong production follow up in learning curve period for achieving target & efficiency.
∎ To update Monthly Skill Matrix of sewing floor by IE officers.
∎ To reduce excess OT & CPM of sewing lines (reducing helper by implement method development for SMV saving).
∎ To make SMV data bank by doing time study after achieving style efficiency minimum 70% as per order quantity.
∎ Set Model line project.
∎ Earn, loss & profit calculation.
∎ Make monthly presentation for represent factory condition & discussion to reduce loss for taking initiative.
∎ To arrange Training about productivity & efficiency improvement, discussion about implement lean manufacturing like 5S for increasing more Productivity & Efficiency.
∎ To arrange weekly Incentive payment calculation as per Production & Efficiency.
