Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from Private or Govt. Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards
∎ Work with production personnel to establish best practices
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory
∎ Co- ordinate with production, merchandising department for smooth production
∎ Sound knowledge on fabrics & threads consumption
∎ Take part in strategic and operational framework development considering corporate objectives
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
∎ IE -Planning, production & operation activities Monitoring & controlling the IE related activities Study the worker's efficiency and identify their strengths & weaknesses to enhance their skills.
∎ Formulate production plan based on Man-Machine Capacity study the Machine layout to achieve the optimum productivity maintaining the orders booking to ship responsibilities.
∎ SMV (Standard Minutes Value), Efficiency calculation and assigned a Target based on efficiency and SMV.
∎ Doing Predetermine Motion and Time Study and Maintain monthly skill matrix.
∎ Prepare machine & paper layout for every new styles.
∎ Communicate always with merchandising team & solve every production related issues.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with Buyer required quality standard.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization & wastage reduction.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production & on time shipment process.
∎ Setup sewing & others line, check consumption, costing & inventory.
∎ Strictly follow-up hourly production and work for increasing productivity.
∎ Monitoring daily productivity & efficiency and Lost time study.
∎ Follow-up daily, weekly, monthly target as well meet shipment schedule.
∎ Reduce the un-necessary production cost with developed standard procedure.
∎ Making Layout the machine with manpower distribution.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection, requirement and turnover.
∎ Set up and manage the Training line for trainee operators, cooperate with HR for skill test in recruitment, manage the skill assessment scheme for all production operators.
∎ Daily listing operator and operation for proper utilization of men & machines & Line balancing.
∎ Examination and analysis the operation.
∎ Production study for increase productivity.
∎ Root cause analysis & action plan for low efficient team.
