Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market Survey/ Market research with extensively regularly;
∎ Over phone marketing with existing client's & customers and search for new clients;
∎ Taking care of the company's social media accounts on site like Facebook (page & group), LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google, You Tube & in order to manage digital marketing campaigns, create pertinent content in digital channels, and regularly update the channels (social media website, etc.) in order to connect with the company's target audience;
∎ Ensure growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, execution;
∎ Social Media: Knowledge of how to use and manage social media platforms effectively for brand promotion, engagement, and audience growth;
∎ SEO: Work with audience targeting, analyzing, planning, and using SEO, On-Page/Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, etc;
∎ Prepare database and future planning;
∎ Social Media: Knowledge of how to use and manage social media platforms effectively for brand promotion, engagement, and audience growth;
∎ Submitted daily, weekly and monthly reports;
∎ Ability to work under pressure, target achieve, regular visit to social marketing and follow-up with the client;
∎ Strong ability to focus on customer/ and social market and take initiative to increase sales;
∎ Other necessary work may do assigned by his reporting boss;

∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed for experienced candidates;
∎ Should have Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing on digital platforms;
∎ Candidates having Customer service & Call Center experienced are highly encouraged to apply;
∎ Age: Not Mandatory;
∎ Must be Result oriented;
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Both in English & Bengali;
∎ Excellent in telephonic communication skill with good vocal;
∎ Advanced Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Web-Browsing;
∎ Should Be Proactive, Good Communicator, Self-Starter and Be Able to Work in a Team Environment. Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target;
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for digital marketing job;
∎ Smart, energetic & hard-working candidates are preferable;
