Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up with the customers for credit recoveries through phone and physical visit.
∎ Assist to develop/ redesign credit control procedure and formulate actions plan for proper implementation.
∎ Administer monthly visit of different customers/showrooms.
∎ Collect cash from customers and deposit in showroom/office.
∎ Assist customers in all aspects of service fulfillment by providing necessary information's regarding dues, payment schedule, payment dates and amounts.
∎ Prepare weekly/ monthly/ yearly collection statement and do report to the Management.
∎ Track overdue customer and recover overdue credit from them.
∎ Prepare different reports on credit customers.
∎ Maintain close interaction with sales, marketing and accounts department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Credit Recovery
∎ Working experience with automobiles will be preferable
∎ Experience in NGO, Samobay Shomiti, Financial company can also apply
∎ Must be energetic & able to work under Pressure
∎ Expertise in MS word and Excel.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Flexible work location.
