Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have work experience in corporate sales.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and capturing projects of Public Works Departments (PWD)/Government Sectors (LGED/EED)/Military Engineering Services (MES).
∎ Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships with Public Works Departments (PWD)/Government Sectors (LGED/EED)/Military Engineering Services (Army, Navy & Air) and understanding their needs to capture those project.
∎ Work in the marketing team as an effective member and maintain individual visits to top-rated corporates followed by ensured sales.
∎ Regular field visit, arranging presentation to the customer to collect lead and conversion into sale.
∎ Identify market behavior, monitor threats & opportunities, competitor’s strategy and customer trends for future growth of this business.
∎ Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plans for assigned location.
∎ Manage Existing and Potential Customers by sales visits and regular follow up.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity.
∎ Government sectors local E-tender/MES sectors local E-tender/Opening tendering method, Limited tendering method, Direct tendering method strong knowledge.
