Educational Requirements:
∎ Business graduate from following Public and Private University: DU, JU, CU, RU, NSU, AIUB, IUB, EWU & BRAC University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-lead client relationships with Manager for CI projects, and ensure research deliverables meet high analytical quality standards while providing insights that are actionable and reflect GRM highest level of commitment for their clients.
∎ While conducting a research project being proactive in leveraging GRM extensive portfolio of analytic capabilities, thought leadership, data assets, and other resources to provide holistic solutions for clients in any marketing phenomenon.
∎ Function as marketing and consumer advocate while making strategic business decisions by conducting research on consumer and market insight.
∎ Develop research proposals for clients to collaborate with Customer Insights and bring insights for tracking consumer behavior.
∎ Monitor projects to ensure quality delivery and maintain time & cost efficiency
∎ Provide training and necessary support for internal teams so that they can not only be fully equipped to understand, execute, manage, and serve effectively to the existing clients but also to attract new clients.
∎ Mentor/Coach the Research team and facilitate their professional development.
∎ Assist the research manager and authority in the analysis of GRM's SWOT by providing insight about the team & vendors performance in every project.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Research Design/ Analysis and Reporting
∎ Data collection and fieldwork
∎ Team management
∎ Client service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Research Organization
∎ Must have good command over English language (written & spoken)
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge of working experience in Research Client service role(s) - research agency preferred; or in market research units of client companies.
∎ Strong analytical mind, very good knowledge on advanced data collection, analysis, methods, and different statistical & data management software's/tools.
∎ Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis and techniques.
∎ Good knowledge of the characteristics of the relevant markets.
∎ Leadership, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse group of people.
∎ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
∎ Good organizational & interpersonal skills and strong people management skills.
∎ Computer and technology savvy, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
