Education:
    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
    • Diploma in Mechanical

Minimum 2 years experience on sales and marketing field for Bachelor Engineering and 5 years experience on sales and marketing field for Diploma engineering.

Minimum 2 years experience on sales and marketing field for Bachelor Engineering and 5 years experience on sales and marketing field for Diploma engineering.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design and implement the company’s annual sales plan, aligning with strategic objectives and growth targets.

  • Proactively generate inquiries for Third-Party Inspection Services, including Lifting Equipment Inspection, Mechanical QA/QC, NDT Inspection, Pressure Vessel & Boiler Inspection, Energy Audits, Environmental Testing, and Calibration Services.

  • Identify and generate new client leads for inspection services, ensuring prompt and effective responses to client inquiries to enhance satisfaction and foster trust.

  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, emphasizing compliance with regulatory requirements and information security standards.

  • Support the Line Manager in the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, contributing to the achievement of annual goals.

  • Build and nurture relationships with industries requiring inspection services, such as construction projects, mega projects, power plants, oil & gas, and the RMG sector, to identify and secure potential clients.

  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including inquiry forms, proposals, and contract agreements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges.

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager to support organizational objectives.
