Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master of Business Administration (BBA/MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Any Reputed University of Bangladesh
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analysis, IT Marketing, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having knowledge of preparing EOI & RFP for IT & ITES Services for both National & International work.
∎ Good knowledge in e-GP Tender Security Submission process and completion of process.
∎ Participations of Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ Participating in all types of tenders. E.g. OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes. Contributing in cost and price evaluation e.g. BOQ/Estimate etc
∎ Understanding the market demand and identify the opportunities in private and government sector
∎ Should be able to analyze and understanding Business Requirements for any particular solution
∎ Prepare Process Flow-Charts / Diagrams and Service Descriptions and incorporate those in relevant documents
∎ Applicants having real time experience in working with VAT Management System and solid knowledge about VAT and SD will get preference
∎ Should have strong presentation skills and making demonstration of different types of solutions as needed
∎ Should have knowledge in project budgeting, cost concepts and components
∎ Compose periodic Marketing reports, weekly or monthly, and submit the reports to management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Command in English Both Writing & Reading.
∎ Proven track record in keeping liaise with stakeholders,
∎ Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with other senior management throughout the company
∎ In-depth understanding of the industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Technical Infrastructure, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies
∎ Excellent team building, and management skills
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills
∎ Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
∎ Ability to working on multiple projects at any given time.
∎ Excellent analytical and time-management skills
∎ Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
∎ Able to analyze problems and make strategies for better solutions
