Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors' activities.
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients.
∎ Working with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials.
∎ Conducting sales forecasting and setting realistic sales targets for the team.
∎ Monitoring competitors' activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
∎ Providing training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
∎ Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring a favorable outcome for both the organization and clients.
∎ Developing a high-performing sales team through coaching and performance evaluations.
∎ Adjusting sales and marketing strategies based on the competitive landscape.
